Trav's stepbrother, Matt and his family are visiting from Japan for three months. So, this has been bringing us plenty of opportunities for the girls to hang out with all their cousins, not to mention having the rest of the family come and visit so lots of reunion time... just loving it.
Matt & Michiyo have three kids, Sara (5 years), Emma (3 years) and Noah (11 months); so it's just the perfect age for all the kiddies to get together.
Over the Canada Day long weekend, we hosted a family BBQ that included the Adamson side (Bill's family), as well, Grammy & Grampy, Neesja & Naomi drove over for a visit with their families, so it was a real treat seeing everyone all together, not to mention being able to host in our backyard! It was a crazy hot weekend, so having a sprinkler for 'the kids' was a perfect way to cool off!

Then, over this past weekend, we all went for a family picnic at Crescent Beach. Trav's cousins, Chris & Katrina were in town (from Ontario) visiting with their two little girls (yes, LOTS of girls on this side of the family!!). It was a beautiful weekend and again, just a great time for everyone to catch up. I've never been to Crescent Beach before... it was nice and Nora even braved a swim in the water (a litttttle too cold for Mama) :)
