Fourteen Years
Wow, it's been fourteen years since we left South Africa for Canada! For Steve, he's now just about the same amount of South African as he is to Canadian (in terms of time living in the different countries). Crazy!
Anyway, I probably wouldn't have said this fourteen years ago, but it was the best move my parents ever made! I'm so glad we live where we live, even better that we moved away from Toronto and to Vancouver!

who knew there'd be such a large south african chinese community in vancouver?! i guess i should thank chris' parents for moving them here, too :-) haha!
