1st Mother's Day
Well, I've joined the club & got to celebrate my first Mother's Day! What a special feeling! Spent the morning with Trav - he made a really yummy breakfast and then spent the afternoon with my parents & grandmother. Then Steve & Cherie hosted dinner at their place & we were treated to a delicious meal of homemade goodness. They made their own pasta (spaghetti & meatballs and chicken pesto fettuccini) with their new pasta maker! Yuh-um! Apparently it was really easy - so can't wait for them to make more! Hee hee. Then for dessert they made freshly baked strawberry shortcake! Wow! It was all such a treat!
Nora even got dressed up for the day and was being such a great baby. Her first time in a dress! :)
Awesome... wow, I'm a mom! Super cool!
